I think it looks great
Personality: The colors fit my personality because they're very light and beachy. I think the yellow goes really well with the shades of blue in the photo. The photo you chose is a good background to fit the personality of the page. Simple, easy going, light, relaxed.
Color: LIke I said the colors go well together, you only really worked with two shades, (yellow and blue), but there are so many variations of each shade that it brings a lot more to the design.
WhiteSpace: There is no use of white space....
Layout:This layout gives a lot of room for information and photos, it isn't cluttered with too much design.
Overall, I really like your design, and I think you used what you learned about me and made a good template for the design. Something could be added to the design to make it jump at you, but this was just a quick sample of a design, so whatev. I liked it....
